CC-Manways

CC-Manways are hand laid-up fiberglass reinforced plastic accessways for top and side access to fiberglass tanks and are produced to exacting requirements resulting in a superior void-free laminate and resin rich liner.

Manway Specifications:

Meets noted ASTM and RTP-1 dimensional specifications
Covers are uniform thickness throughout per ASTM D-4097 and D-3299 as well as RTP-1
Reinforcement is continuous throughout the flange face and hub
All sizes available in Hetron resins in both MEKP and BPO-DMA cures
BPO-DMA manways have a double nexus liner
100-Mil Nexus/ C-Veil Liner used in all MEKP manways and covers
Bolt holes are drilled, spot faced and resin coated
150-lb. drilling pattern in all pressure ratings
