CC-Couplings
Overview

CC-Couplings are hand laid-up fiberglass couplings for threaded tank and pipe connections. These couplings have molded threads, are not machined and are excellent connections for various types of  tank applications including fiberglass tanks used aboard pleasure and work boats. Boat builders throughout the country are finding the fiberglass couplings are easier to bond to their tanks; they yield a more permanent transition for inlets, outlets, and vent lines than trying to bond PVC fittings to fiberglass composites, or using multi-piece bulk-head fittings that can vibrate loose and leak. These couplings have nexus and c-veil liners extending through the threaded areas for improved corrosion resistance of the FRP couplings.

CC-Couplings are produced to exacting requirements resulting in a superior void-free laminate and resin-rich liner.
