Century Composites manufactures fiberglass gratings and fittings. All products aremanufactured from fiberglass reinforced plastic, and shipped fromthe warehouse in Tyrone, Georgia, near Atlanta

Thermoplastics - Injection Molding

Our 54 injection molding machines range in size from 50 tons (60g shot size) to 1100 tons (5700g shot size).  All machines are computer controlled. Other in-house molding capabilities include:

  • Extrusion
  • Vacuum Thermoforming
  • BMC

Secondary Operations

We have the capabilities to provide a wide range of secondary operations, including ultrasonic welding, rotational melt welding, silk screen printing, pad transfer printing, clam shell and blister packaging and custom assembly.

Injection molding machines have capabilities including extrusion, vacuum thermoforming and BMC.
